Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email us at info@indocile.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your item. You must then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and the dust bag. We may reduce the refund if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it.

Return costs

• Returns for a refund: a return shipping cost of 5 EUR is paid by the customer and deducted from the refund.
• Exchanges for a different design: free, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost (if any) to your original payment method within 14 days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will ask for your bank account details (IBAN) to issue the refund.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover the return and offer a replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
